Creative Director Angelys Balek approaches each new collection with a sense of glamour and a taste for adventure. Though the roots of her namesake brand trace back to Thailand where she is based, Balek’s wanderlust guides her eye towards breath-taking landscapes all over the world.
As a jet-setter who is accustomed to living life out of a suitcase, Angelys Balek creates pieces that readily pull double duty in a vacation wardrobe. Her signature ruffled one-piece and asymmetric maillots will travel from the beach to the bar with little fuss, be they layered under a pair of blue jeans or a wraparound cover-up.
Each Angelys Balek garment is made with love, care, and high quality eco-fabric. Our partner factory endorses the #HealthySeas initiative, collaborating with fishing communities to reduce pollution caused by discarded fishing nets, finding new, environmentally friendly ways to dispose of them including being recycled into high quality materials and products like our swimwear.
We believe in giving back, and we are proud to support initiatives close to our heart including the Mask Bank Organisation, which supports the local Thai community and women-led projects.
