Shipping Policy
- ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 business day for your order to be processed. Any order made after 12 P.M. EST will be processed on the following business day.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes (this includes shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.).
- TRACKING
An Order Number will be emailed to you when you make a purchase. You can enter the Order Number and your Email Address on our Tracking page to track your package at any time. Please allow 1-2 business days before you can track your package.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Angelys Balek offers shipping to many countries around the world. Shipping costs will be determined at checkout by your ship-to location. You will be given the option to accept or decline to place the order.
- TAXES & DUTIES
Deliveries are shipping on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means international orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determine by the destination country.
Taxes and duties are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees. International transit times may vary due to delays at customs. If you have any other questions around duties and taxes, email us at waensirapat@angelysbalek.com.
- DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 8-12 business days. Please reference delivery times at checkout for a more accurate forecast, as international delivery times can vary.
- PARCEL FORWARDING SERVICES
Angelys Balek will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs if you choose to use a parcel forwarding company. Please note that we will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any orders addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk.
